Triathlon, Cycling & Running!

Dengie Events have partnered with Blackwater Leisure Centre and Dengie Hundred Sports Centre. Both centres are run by Places for People Leisure on behalf of Maldon District council and, as a social enterprise, all profits are reinvested into our community-based projects.

Blackwater Leisure Centre offers a great mix of gym, swim and workout classes at fantastic prices! Centred in the heart of the Maldon community, not only do they offer adult memberships, but there's court hire, birthday parties and a broad range of after-school activities for children, from swimming lessons all the way through to trampolining! There's something for everyone!

At Dengie Hundred Sports Centre there is a compact, but well-equipped gym, workout classes, a 4 court sports hall and a great selection of children's activities too! But there's also their function room and bar which is available for hire!
